Another thought

Anybody ever read the bottom of the rules pages? Both the silly and the standard one read "Suggestions welcome."

Nobody ever seems to take us up on that. Instead, we get snide remarks and comments that, while they might be rather true, are out of turn and really likely to get ignored.

When we say "suggestions welcome" we mean that if you have an idea for the rules, and you can provide a rationale for it, we'll listen and seriously consider changing it. Following a review of it, it might or might not change, depending on what we decide. More than likely, the decision will be noted somewhere that everyone can see it, much in the same way that rule changes are.

If you want to continue to criticize loudly, go ahead, but you won't make much headway.
